The “ 1800” Restaurant in Oia (Ia) Santorini is housed in a mansion that was built in the middle of the 18th century. It is a typical Santorinian captain's house, a living example of a culture long gone.

Twelve years ago, we created Ambrosia & Nectar on the path to the Oia sunset with views to the caldera and volcano. We called it Oia's Café-Restaurant Gallery in the early years, as we mixed photography and locally created items with our artful food.
